About us - Pete and Patti Rhea

We have been building houses since 1992.  Most of our houses have been in Pecan Valley, Pecan Valley South, and Shelter Lakes west of Lawton, Oklahoma. 

Pete is a 1972 graduate of the United States Military Academy and has an MBA from Oral Roberts University and an MA from Biola University.  Patti is a 1973 graduate of the University of Oklahoma.  She teaches part time at Lawton Christian School.  We have three kids: two recent college graduates, and one at the University of Oklahoma.  We've been married for 29 years.

Patti selects appliances, light fixtures, floor covering, and interior colors and designs the kitchen.  Pete supervises all aspects of construction.  We collaborate on the final design of each house.

We build each house as if we are going to buy it and live in it for many years.  These qualities are foremost:

• Design - a floor plan that is conducive to beauty, family comfort, and usefulness
• Quality - components which will maintain their original beauty after years of wear
• Price - competitive with the market

That's been our formula for success since 1992.
